Comment:

 In order to keep consistency, I wanted to rename `wxpython` package to
 `python-wx`. Same issue:

 mv wxpython/ python-wx
 mv: cannot move `wxpython/' to `python-wx': Permission denied
 martinl at download:/osgeo/download/osgeo4w/x86_64/release/python$ ls -ld
 drwxr-sr-x 69 jef users 4096 Aug 26 09:05 .
