 The menu links with the OSGeo4W to launch QGIS with GRASS support are
 missing. This is applicable on a Windows 7 and a Windows 10 machine. I
 have even uninstalled everything and reinstalled the software. Both 3.14.0
 and 3.10.7 are missing.

 The stand alone installers work correctly.
