 Network installer seems to have issues for settings proxy options:

 GUI mode does not allow changing the proxy settings: pressing the radio
 button "use http/ftp proxy" activates the radio button, but does not
 activate the input fields, and the "use system proxy settings" radiobutton
 remains active also.

 CLI mode with "--proxy my.proxy.host:1234" flag does not seem to have any
 effect, ie. install hangs for a while when fetching the mirror list and
 then presents an empty list of available sites.
