 While trying to install QGIS using the advanced setup, the step at which
 you should choose where to download the apps and libraries from, shows an
 empty widget.

 I'm on Windows 11 and for completeness, there was an osgeo4w install
 dating from QGIS 3.10 on the machine. I dropped the folder, downloaded the
 new installer and tried to install. And I'm unable to finish the process.
