 It looks like both qgis-common.bat and qgis-common.bat abruptly terminates
 the execution when running crssync.

 crssync.exe doesn't actually start and throw the following error:

 dynamic link library C:\OSF9FA~1\apps\qgis\dbghelp.dll.
