New description:

 QGis does not support files using the latest GeoParquet format encoded in
 Parquet V2 (with Geometry ans Geography types).
 Supporting it would require arrow-cpp 21.0.0.

 Currently only version 19.0.1 is available.

 Currently, main source of GeoParquet in V2 appears to be DuckDB with the
 built-in Spatial.
