 Hi @jef, please have a look at
 https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/62273#issuecomment-2993535300.

 I think it should be possible to workaround the issue for the Qt5 builds
 just removing the HAS_KDE_QT5_PDF_TRANSFORM_FIX build flag. Anyway the
 issue will still occur for the Qt6 builds.

 P.S. there is no need to set the HAS_KDE_QT5_PDF_TRANSFORM_FIX,
 HAS_KDE_QT5_SMALL_CAPS_FIX and HAS_KDE_QT5_FONT_STRETCH_FIX CMAKE flag for
 the Qt6 builds: the features (and issue) are in place  for QGIS built
 against Qt >= 6.3.0 even if such flags are not set (they have meaning only
 for Qt5 builds). So they can be removed for the Qt6 builds.
