 Updating qgis-dev-full-free to 4.1.0-1127-3e1a035655f-1 (from
 4.1.0-1124-8a4f9e30231-1) and all the dependencies (notably gdal-dev* and
 python3-gdal-dev from 3.13.0-1039-4c681ad376-1 to
 3.13.0-1045-f614903ddd-1.tar.bz2 and pdal-dev* to from
 2.10.0-20-8e091f403-1 to 2.10.0-21-848e1d6d0-1), the following error
 window is displayed during qgis-dev postinstall
