 pdal_wrench.exe still crashes in qgis-dev-3.99.0-1077-450f506f3e3-1.

 If I copy msvcp140.dll from bin (or from apps\qgis-dev\bin) to apps\qgis-
 dev, then pdal_wrench.exe no longer crashes.

 Is there something else I can do to help debugging the issue?
