 When installing QGIS 4.2 with qt6-tools, I can't start QtDesigner, not by
 using qgis-designer.bat nor by running
 "%OSGEO4W_ROOT%\apps\qt6\bin\designer.exe". No window, no error, just
 after a little while the cmd-shell returns to the prompt.
