 wow, what a coincidence! I've installed it just some hours ago from the
 plugins' repository using the plugin manager and I've also seen today the
 plugin Web page and the GitHub repository...

 So, the new SAGA 9.12 could be an issue only for users that are running
 QGIS LTR 3.44 and that have already installed the plugin.
