Hello Oba-san,

Regarding the projection error ("Projection library error. no options
found in 'init' file") the best way to solve that is to make sure you
use EPSG:3857 in your mapfile, instead of EPSG:900913 (as 900913 is not
the official EPSG code and therefore is not included in your epsg file
by default).
