[Live-demo] Comment the LiveDVD build scripts

Stefan,
I notice that you have a number of liveDVD build scripts at: 
https://svn.osgeo.org/osgeo/livedvd/scripts/trunk/LiveDVDFromScratch/

Now that we have a number of people likely to want to use these scripts, 
could you please go through and add lots of comments to the scripts.

In particular:
* Add a LGPL licence clause. Add a credit to LISAsoft to credit your 
time you have spent on this on LISAsoft time.
* You may optionally add your name.
* Describe what the script does, when it should be used, and how to run it.
