[Live-demo] Use of "wget -c"

Hamish,
I notice that you have used "wget -c" and "wget -r" in different places in
the install scripts.

I'm guessing that we should use "wget -c" instead of "wget" because it will
continue a download from where a script might have stopped before, and it
won't create a new file, but will continue updating the old file. Does that
sound logical?

Should we go through the scripts and convert all "wget" to "wget -c" ?
