[Live-demo] mapfish install script

Hello

MapFish isn't correctly installed in the latest vmware image. This is
because MapFish relies on Python 2.5, which isn't in the image (it was
there when we initially wrote the install script). So I checked in a
modified version of the install script which does "apt-get install
python2.5". Rerunning the modified install script in the vm image
corrected the problem.
