[Live-demo] LiveDVD presentation during the lunchtime demo theatre

Jody Garnett has suggested using his demo theatre to walkthough the 
LiveDVD, top to bottom, during one of the lunch breaks.

That would be a 5 to 7 minute slot for a presenter of each application 
to open up their application and show how it works.
