[Live-demo] load_postgis.sh wrong data url.

(if you rename stuff please leave behind symlinks)

also I notice that load_postgis.sh is not called by main.sh
or anything else, so is not currently run loaded.

ps- back to postgis 1.3 in svn. the build of 1.4 looks ok; with-
out a 'make install' file list I tried to make one-> it will
need patch to rename conflicting installed file names before
further consideration.
