[Live-demo] Review of QGIS Overview docs

Tim, Alex,
I've reviewed the QGIS overview docs, in particular removing a paragraph
about how programmers can join the community (which is not targeted for
marketing to users), mentioned the powerful analytic functionality
available through GRASS, and expanded the feature list (by copying
features from website).
