[Live-demo] Background image for osgeo-live - do we mention

Same happens on my laptop, the vertical resolution is fairly short on
many widescreens. The solution is to make sure that the background is
set to stretch so that it compensates and fits it to whatever size
screen you have. I'll make sure to set that on the next build.
