[Live-demo] postgis test steps out dated

Brian,
Yes, test steps can be as simple as "Run the Quickstart". Unfortunately 
we don't have a Quickstart for PostGIS, but I'd love to see someone 
convert the PostGIS test steps into a quickstart.
