[Live-demo] Draft Lightening Presentation

Hello Cameron,

I had a short look at your presentation. It looks very good.

Just some requests for change:
* slide 23: Web Mapping slide displays Desktop GIS applications (should
show OpenLayers, MapFish, Mapbender, Geomajas)
* slide 26: please write Mapbender with b (not B)
* slide 59: Pirmin kalberer,Switzerland - is written with small k
* slide 28: Desctop Applications - should get the icons from slide 23
