[Live-demo] Geopublisher sample project rw issue

Stefan,
I like your suggestion of making /usr/local/share/geopublishing 
read/writable, if it is possible to do this without increasing RAM usage.

However, I suspect that it will not work, as a LiveDVD would need to 
store all read/write files in memory if it the base files system (the 
DVD) is read only.

I suggest:
1. Use example data already packaged if you can.
2. Keep the data size small.
3. Experiment with setting the /usr/local directory to r/w, build an iso 
from a VM and lets see what happens.
