[Live-demo] Geoserver updated to stable version 2.0.1

I've updated the GeoServer install script to pull in version 2.0.1 
(which I've been told by Jody is the latest stable version, and the 
version that should be on the LiveDVD).

I've confirmed that GeoServer opens up a web page correctly, but nothing 
beyond that.
