[Live-demo] Little chaos in *_license.html files

Dear list:

I incidentally realized that there is a little chaos in  *_license.html files. If I got it right, each project only needs to add one or several:

<tr>...</tr>

because those files will be concatenated, but some _license.html files are adding a whole <table>...</table>.

Also, I think we have to add three <td>...</td> inside each <tr>...</tr>, but some (for example, mine) are adding four because the previous version of the template had actually four.
