[Live-demo] keyboard layout switcher

After following the discussion regarding language packs to be included, 
it occurred to me that the keyboard layout switcher applet may not be 
included by default in Xubuntu. If the LiveDVD is going to have addl 
languages, it would make sense to also include the xfce4-kbd-plugin 
package to have access to that panel item for switching languages.
