that would be my first choice, but:

so I was thinking more along the lines of "Servers A-L" and "Servers
M-Z" but hoping for a more intelligent split than alphabetical.


it may be possible to script the extra level in the menu tree, but I
fear about the time and ugliness it would take to code that.
