ehhhr, Joerg cleaned out the old files from the repo.
I've updated the script to use the new OpenStreetMap icon
packages now, hopefully fixed in r4261

As a backup plan I've stashed a copy of the old OSM icon packages
we were using before at download.osgeo.org/livedvd/data/

yes, the version in Ubuntu is broken.

I posted some generic .debs for it at:
  http://download.osgeo.org/livedvd/data/gpsdrive/

but because of our need to play nicely with other postgis DBs
etc I had to apply some custom patches to the C code to get
around some hardcoded assumptions. (which I've now dealt to
in trunk/ upstream, so hopefully not an issue for next time)

but mostly the script is a complicated beast & was working so I
didn't want to mess with it at this late stage of the game.
