[Live-demo] Wget suggestion

So I'm watching the build here and looks like ossim.telascience is down,
which isn't a huge deal since it's just a pdf that isn't getting pulled
but it's taking a good 30 minutes to go through the default 20 tries for
wget.

Do others think it's a good idea to suggest --tries=5 as a flag on all
wget downloads? Obviously this is a longer term thing and a simple fix
that can be applied now or after v4 is out the door.
