[Live-demo] MapGuide for next build

Hi Cameron,

I've made a "few" LiveDVD changes for MapGuide Open Source:

* Desktop icons have been added for "MapGuide Start", "MapGuide Stop", and "MapGuide Maestro"

* The standard MapGuide sample data set and application has been installed.  We may not have time to switch to the Natural Earth dataset and develop a sample application for it. 

* A set of test steps have been added to the Live GIS Disc Testing page http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Live_GIS_Disc_Testing#MapGuide_Open_Source

* The Project Definition document and Application Overview document have been written.

The Application Quick Start and Lightning Presentation Slide are still outstanding.  When do we need them by?

I plan to start building the next OSGeoLive build cycle in 48 hours. 
Monday morning here in Sydney, Sunday evening in Europe, and Sunday 
lunch in the USA.

If you have any script updates you want tested, I suggest committing 
them to svn within the next 2 days.
