Hi,

I've now implemented a variation on Johan's fslint & unneeded package
ideas, after adding /opt and /lib it now saves >600mb (uncompressed).

TBD: what happens when a VM or harddrive install is done from the ISO?
I suspect it will be ok; /usr/local/ makes me the most nervous.

Really this is just a band-aid cleaning up everyone else's mess though.
Package maintainers should really be making sure their packages aren't
introducing these redundancies in the first place..

thanks,
Hamish

ps- who's left behind the /srv CVS dir?
