[Live-demo] OSSIM not working on live 4.5

If you have OSGeo Live installed, then that is a whole different story.
You can probably use the install_ossim.sh script from our repo to just
upgrade ossim on your existing installation.

OSGeo Live itself is not a distro, so we don't support upgrading from
one OSGeo Live to the next. If you want to do upgrades that's all
regular ubuntu stuff, meaning a user would use the ubuntu package
manager to update the underlying system and then use our scripts or
ubuntugis repos to keep their GIS software up to date.
