[Live-demo] working sub-menus

I have just now fixed the sub-menus in svn, to try them out
from the 5.0beta5 or 5.0rc1 VM it's basically:

cd ~/Desktop/
mv */* .
cd ~/gisvm
svn up
cd bin
sudo ./install_desktop.sh


or just wait for the next RC.
