Comment:

 ok, those others aren't there as they don't come from any of our packages,
 they're built in infrastructure, but it's easy enough to copy in the icons
 from /usr/share/applications/.

 note that Rasdaman is currently categorized into "Web services" not
 "Databases".
 I would take guidance from the upstream project how they wish to
 categorize themselves, I can see the case for them fitting into both
 categories.
 either way, we'll need a new sub-menu for them. I sort of lean to leaving
 them
 in web-services out of laziness as the submenus support for geoservers are
 semi-automatically generated already.
