 Hi,

 if you follow the steps in the osgEarth quickstart,
 {{{
 export OSG_FILE_PATH=/usr/share/osgearth
 osgearth_viewer --window 50 50 900 700 /usr/share/osgearth/maps/srtm.earth
 }}}

 it gives an error about `Warning: could not find plugin to load objects
 from file "50"` then `[osgearth] Unable to load earth model.` and the
 usage text before returning to the command prompt.

 ps- we can put that export line in /etc/profile.d/osgEarth.sh if you like,
 then add the demo viewer as a menu item..
