 Probably CVS->SVN. I've put the offending files on
 http://spatial.nhh.no/misc/doc.zip for now. When spgrass6_0.7-4 and
 subsequent is released, things will revert to normal. In the mean time,
 please replace the faulty files with the correct ones if necessary - it
 would be unfortunate to publish an image with broken files, right?
