Comment:

 5.0rc3: fixed!

 It seems the trouble with pre-seeding the pw for root was the lack of
 "seen true" in the debconf hints.

 anyway, it is now possible to auth as both 'root' and 'user', and ushahidi
 can get past that page onto the create project one.
