a very kind gesture, thank you!

imagery data is especially useful as it doesn't compress very
much, so 20mb will really free up 20mb.

So that the quickstart users do not get confused, I've added a
link to the data download URL in the English version of
otb_quickstart.rst.


** I'm still waiting to hear if removing python2.6-dev,
python2.7-dev, and libsane is going to hurt anybody.
Need to know ASAP. **
