 seems to be an old URL. note this was broken in our 4.0 release too.

 changing to http://localhost:8082/geoserver/ seems ok, changed to that.

 note this is the same page as the "Start geoserver" icon takes you to, but
 you don't want to run "start geoserver" twice or you get 2 javas and can't
 kill the first one without 'killall java'.


 also I note the install_geoserver script creates an icon for the Styler,
 but that's also a dead url. that doesn't get put in the menus though, so
 I'm ignoring it for now.
