[Live-demo] Proposed: hand fixes to 5.0rc5

Here's the list of things we might do to correct rc5. Which may or may
no involve a build from scratch.

Hi,

in case they got lost, here's my current list of things which
need fixing by hand on the master VM

 -/usr/bin/atlasstyler script [ 0 -ne 0 ] to [ $? -ne 0 ]

 -replace deegree start/stop scripts from svn app-conf/

 -edit ~/.pgadmin3 in master VM, Height=525 to avoid hardlinking

 -admin geoserver: dead link, shorten it to .../geoserver/
   in ~/Desktop/Web\ Services/... admin-geoserver.desktop
    and /usr/share/applications/osgeo-admin-geoserver.desktop

 -bump min recommended ram to 768mb in download.html
    osgeolive_quickstart.html, virtualbox_quickstart.html

 -hack in mention of ("<tt>apt-get install maven2</tt>") in
geomajas_quickstart.html (#755)



(svn updated for all, check trac timeline for diff patches,
maybe 'svn up' in ~/gisvm/)
