[Live-demo] new volunteer for german translations

Nice to have you join us.

Your first task before you can commit translations back into our 
repository is to create yourself an osgeo user id as per: 
http://www.osgeo.org/osgeo_userid
Let me know what the userid is, and I can then give you write permission 
to our repository.
