[Live-demo] 4.5 Beta 2 build complete

Logs and VM are done. Not perfect but getting better.

Took a long time this build, mostly due to slow downloads from what I
can tell, beta 3 should be faster since I cached a local copy of the
files. FYI, I used a 2nd vm hard drive temporarily mounted into the /tmp
folder, theoretically on next build the files could be directly used
from the other drive without having to copy them into the VM primary
drive directly.
