Hi,

just looking through the latest 5.0alpha4 build logs, here's what I notice. It seems like a number of these have already been fixed
in the last day or two; if so, nevermind..

(projects should be checking this themselves each time because
sometimes a change to something else before your installer run
may break things for you, and you know better than anyone what a
successful install log should look like)

everyone:
start at the end of the build log, and look at the collection of
error messages for anything which looks like you.

install_edutools.sh: "eric" is a fairly big package (26mb). Will the IDE
be used on the disc as part of someone's workshop?

missing desktop icons: (not found in $USER/Desktop/ after installs)
mv: cannot stat `gvsig.desktop': No such file or directory
mv: cannot stat `atlasstyler.desktop': No such file or directory
mv: cannot stat `mapguide*.desktop': No such file or directory
mv: cannot stat `*[Rr]asdaman*.desktop': No such file or directory
