[Live-demo] Geonetwork - 5.0 beta2 - admin login fails

Hi,

Finally got to a place where I could download the VM in a reasonable time and together with looking at the build logs, I can see that GeoNetwork 2.6.4 was downloaded because the install script had changed but the app-conf files (including the mckoi database script) were not - the install script skips them as they were already downloaded on the machine used to build the beta2. 

GeoNetwork will be broken in the next beta too if the app-conf files are not downloaded/refreshed before the next beta is built. Hope this can be done as I'd like to check the next beta pretty thoroughly!

I booted on the VMb2 under VirtualBox
I started GeoNetwork, as shown below
I launched the Geonetwork desktop icon, which opened a browser window
I attempt to login as admin via password credentials below
However,
  an error page returns in the browser, with geonetwork styling, saying

The requested operation could not be performed.

  NullPointerException :

(The requested operation could not be performed. NullPointerException)
