[Live-demo] Is Mapguide ready for OSGeo-Live?

Johan,
I'm aware that you are working hard to try and get Mapguide compiled 
with gcc 4 for OSGeo-Live.
How is it going?

As mentioned earlier, I'd like to make a decision this weekend (ideally 
before Alex starts building 5.0beta3) as to whether MapGuide is going to 
be included on OSGeo-Live, as this effects a number of other decisions 
we will need to make (eg: can we fit windows and mac installers on the DVD).

Do you think that you will be able to make this deadline?
