Hi Alex,
the 52nSOS requires the ubuntu tomcat to be installed. Did the install
log tell something like: Could not move 52nSOSv3.1.1.war to folder
because it did not exist?

Could you check for the file in /var/lib/tomcat6/webapps?

I already updated the install_52nSOS.sh in the repo.
