[Live-demo] desktop background for OSGeo-Live FOSSGIS Version

Hello Alex,

in the irc we talked about the iso for the FOSSGIS conference with a
different background image. You offered to create a second iso with the
different background and ask me to remember you of doing this.

You find the image with the FOSSGIS background in the svn at:

http://svn.osgeo.org/osgeo/livedvd/artwork/backgrounds/fossgis_4.5/OSGeo_Live_4_5_FOSSGIS.png

Maybe you can name the iso somthing like:

OSGeoLive-v4.5-FOSSGIS.iso
