 as a sample of what this could be like, in r6038 I've set up the header
 lines of grass_quickstart.rst to look like:

 For the record, I only cede my copyright on original works in the
 livedvd/gisvm/trunk/doc/ dir to OSGeo, and no one else. (i.e. .rst text
 and screenshots). I would ask (but not demand) that others do the same,
 and we make this request on the wiki for any new docs.

 Similarly, I transfer copyright to scripts written by me in the
 livedvd/gisvm/trunk/bin/ dir to OSGeo licensed as LGPL (as noted in the
 script headers).
