[Live-demo] libLAS Install Script and BOOST version

  I wrote a stub install script for libLAS and checked it in.. 

The primary prerequisite is BOOST and a few optional BOOST components
(also GDAL but thats taken care of)

Looking through existing install scripts it appears that  ** gpsdrive ** is 
the only other install that requires BOOST so far.. 

  I want to make sure that the requirements for all BOOST dependent 
installs 
are harmonized.. since the libLAS install script is just starting out, 
of course it 
can be changed
