[Live-demo] New apps for 6.0

I agree that splitting the DVD would be difficult at this point and 
perhaps confusing to the new users.
Of course we should first lose the installers in order to save space

Being close now to Xubuntu 12.04, we should slowly start our engines for 
OSGeoLive 6.0.
