[Live-demo] XCsoar application to join OSGeo-Live

Ok, based on 3 positive votes and no negatives, I'd like to invite Scott 
to include XCSoar into OSGeo-Live.

Scott, I've enabled your subversion access. As your first task, and to 
test it works, can you please add your name to our contributors.csv 
file, as per:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Live_GIS_Disc#Subversion
